Learn Mindfulness techniques, transition strategies, breath and movement instruction to bring calm into your classroom and school. It starts with self-care and that means YOU! This two hour training involves a 70 min. presentation, followed by a 45 min. yoga class including massage and aromatherapy. Light refreshments served. You will leave with the mindfulness tools you need to apply right away with your students.
